ICHMS 2026 is a hybrid conference. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available. Fees apply equally to both modes of attendance.

Conference Policy
Full Registration
The full registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, conference proceedings, the Conference Gala Dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks.
One Full Registration covers the publication of one (1) accepted paper in the conference proceedings. A Full Registration may upload at most one additional paper by paying the Additional Paper Fee (USD 400), for a maximum of two (2) papers per Full Registration. To publish more than two papers, a separate registration must be completed by another author.
Student Registration
The student registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, conference proceedings, Conference Gala Dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks.
One Student Registration covers the publication of one (1) accepted paper in the conference proceedings. Student Registrations cannot be used to upload additional papers. Any further paper must be covered by a separate Full Registration.
The student registration rate is available only to IEEE Student Members. IEEE student membership will be verified during registration.

Cancellation and Refund
Conference fees for ICHMS 2026 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of USD 300 before 1 May 2026 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund. Please contact the registration committee for cancellation request.
On or after 1 May 2026, conference fees cannot be refunded.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
No-Show
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered at the Full or Student rate, as applicable, and must present the paper at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude from post-conference distribution, including removal from IEEE Xplore, any paper that is not presented. For hybrid attendance, the presenting author must join the assigned session live and remain present throughout the question-and-answer period to satisfy the presentation requirement.
Substitution
Each accepted paper must be presented by a registered author. Where the registered author is unable to attend, presentation may be assumed by any co-author of the same paper at no additional fee, subject to written notice to the Organizing Committee at [email protected] no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference. Substitution shall not be used to alter the registration tier under which the original registration was made.
