Conference Policy
Full Registration
The full registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, conference proceedings, the Conference Banquet, lunches, and coffee breaks.
One Full Registration covers the publication of up to two (2) accepted papers in the conference proceedings. Additional papers require an additional paper fee.
Student Registration
The full registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, conference proceedings, the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, lunches, and coffee breaks.
One Student Registration covers the publication of one (1) accepted paper in the conference proceedings.
The student registration rate is available only to IEEE Student Members. IEEE student membership will be verified during registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Conference fees for ICHMS 2025 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of USD 300 on or before 1 May 2025 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund. Please contact registration committee for cancellation request.
After 1 May 2025, conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
