Conference Policy
Full Registration
The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, proceedings, admission to Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, lunches and coffee breaks.
Registration covers the inclusion of one paper in the proceedings.
Conference Invitation Letter
A conference invitation letter will be issued upon your request once you have registered and paid for the conference. The invitation letter will be sent to you in your receipt.
Student Registration
The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, proceedings, admission to Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks. The Conference Banquet is not included in the student registration fee and can be booked separately.
Registration covers the inclusion of one paper in the proceedings.
Proof of student status requires one of the following to be shown during registration:
- A valid student ID card
- Letter from the student’s institution/university stating that the student is currently enrolled as a student at this institution/university.
All rates include 21% Spain VAT.
Cancellation and Refund
Your conference fees for IEEE SMC 2025 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of EUR 250 on or before 26 March 2026 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund. In such a case please send your cancellation request to [email protected].
After 27 March 2026, conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
