I am pleased to inform you that Prof. Fei-Yue Wang has been appointed as the new Editor-in-Chief (EiC), effective April 1, 2017, for the Transactions on Computational Social Systems – a joint journal of the IEEE Systems, Man, & Cybernetics Society and the IEEE Computer Systems Society.
The outgoing EiC Dr. George Cybenko and the administrative staff of the Transactions on Computational Social Systems, and the whole governance of the IEEE Systems, Man, & Cybernetics Society and the IEEE Computer Systems Society are delighted to work with Prof. Fei-Yue Wang in maintaining the high reputation and standing that the Transactions of our two Societies enjoy in the research and engineering community.
