- Genetic network modeling and simulation
- Dynamics and control of genetic regulatory networks
- Network model based analysis methods for molecular target identification,
- Integration of multi-scale and multi-level data and knowledge
- Global identification of targets and regulation of miRNA
- Computational methods for cis- and trans-regulatory element identification
- System level disease prognosis and diagnosis including biomarker
discovery and cell type fingerprints identification
- Signal processing for mass spectrometry data modeling and analysis
- Signal processing for meta-genomics and meta-proteomics
