Workshops provide an opportunity to explore focused themes that may not be fully represented in the main ICHMS 2026 technical program. Proposals are encouraged for formats such as interactive discussions, poster and abstract sessions, panel dialogues, and roundtable exchanges that foster collaboration and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each workshop proposal should describe how the session will be organized, how active participation from attendees will be encouraged, how discussions will be promoted on the chosen topic, and\u2014if applicable\u2014how invited speakers will contribute to enriching the session\u2019s objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshops may be proposed for half-day or full-day formats. Full papers submitted to workshops will follow the same peer-review process as other ICHMS 2026 submissions. Accepted and presented workshop papers will be copyrighted by IEEE and included in the official conference proceedings, eligible for publication in the IEEE Xplore\u00ae Digital Library upon successful completion of the IEEE quality review process, and indexed in Scopus thereafter (subject to meeting IEEE indexing requirements).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors may alternatively submit extended abstracts (1 page) to workshops.
