As part of the conference, the organising committee is working with NTU’s Office of On Campus Housing to offer affordable accommodation options for student participants. Beyond cost savings, this also gives international attendees the opportunity to experience life on the NTU campus, staying in the same student halls as NTU’s own student community, within walking distance of the conference venue, dining options, and campus amenities.<\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong> NTU on-campus student halls feature shared communal toilet and shower facilities on each floor (typical of university residence halls). Rooms are single-occupancy but bathrooms may not be en-suite. Other shared facilities may include pantries, lounges, and laundry rooms. Participants who require accommodation outside the available stay periods will need to make their own arrangements.<\/p>\n\n

Nanyang Executive Centre (on-campus accommodation)<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) is NTU’s executive conference centre, offering on-campus accommodation within walking distance of the conference venue. Room options include the Deluxe Room, Executive Suite, and Panorama Suite, all inclusive of breakfast.<\/p>\n

To book, please complete the NEC reservation form<\/a> and enter booking code ICHMS26<\/strong> under the booking code field. Payment is made directly to NEC via credit card upon check-in.<\/p>\n

Singapore’s entry requirements depend on your nationality and travel document<\/strong>. Many travellers holding ordinary passports from a large number of countries are allowed visa-free entry for short stays<\/strong>, typically 30 or 90 days, depending on nationality.<\/p>\n

An electronic Visit Pass<\/strong> is typically issued on arrival for eligible visitors.<\/p>\n

However, not all nationalities are visa-exempt<\/strong>, and entry permissions, length of stay, or transit rules are determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)<\/strong> of Singapore.
