Further details on both grants are provided below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> February 15, 2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ieee-computational-intelligence-society-travel-grants\"><strong>IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Travel Grants<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) is pleased to offer the following types of Travel grants to the IEEE CIS members who are interested to present their papers in-person at IEEE Conference on Artificial Intelligence 2026:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IEEE CIS Conference Travel Grant for Students: This program offers a limited number of grants to assist<\/li>\n<li>IEEE CIS Student Members to travel to attend IEEE CIS conferences and present their papers.<\/li>\n<li>IEEE CIS Conference Travel Grant for Researchers from Developing Countries: This program offers a limited number of travel grants to assist IEEE CIS Members of any grade higher than Student to travel to attend IEEE CIS conferences and present their papers.<\/li>\n<li>IEEE CIS Travel Grant for Young Professionals: The IEEE CIS Travel Grant for Young Professionals offers a limited number of grants to assist IEEE CIS members who are young professionals and early-career researchers from both academic and industry presenting papers at IEEE CIS conferences with financial sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>IEEE CIS Participation Grant for Students: This program offers a limited number of grants to support non-lead Student Authors and Non-Author Students attending IEEE CIS conferences. This grant waives\/provides discount for the student\u2019 early registration fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The grant will be in the form of digital reimbursement of a fixed amount <strong>after the in-person participation in the conference as a registered attendee<\/strong>. Applications are reviewed based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants who have been active IEEE SMCS members for longer will receive preference.<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to applicants with limited financial resources.<\/li>\n<li>Priority will be given to applicants traveling from distant regions.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who did not receive a travel grant in the previous year will be given priority.<\/li>\n<li>The IEEE SMCS will ensure equal representation of all genders in the selection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The evaluation process is highly competitive.
