We expect to offer four travel awards, each valued at $500.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> To apply, applicants must submit a single PDF file containing:<\/p><ol><li>The completed Travel Award Application Form (maximum 1 page; available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieeesmc.org\/bmi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2026\/02\/Travel-award-application-template.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> in Word format), and<\/li><li>The applicant\u2019s full submitted workshop paper (maximum 6 pages).<\/li><\/ol><p>The application form should be a maximum of one page in length and appear as the first page of the complete PDF file.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> Please email your combined PDF (application form + full paper) to travel.award.bmi@gmail.com by the deadline.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>Applicants must be students at the time of application.
