Our
goals
- To promote the development
of intelligent power and energy systems and applications of
computational intelligence methods for solving the planning,
operation, management, and control problems in power and energy
systems.
- To organize international conferences and publications in the field.
- To establish a discussion forum to express different views.
What
we are doing
Computational intelligence methods have shown to have great potential in analyzing complex power and energy systems to achieve economical and reliable generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy. This technical committee will focus on the advanced development in intelligent power and energy systems and their applications to power and energy system engineering, such as Smart Grid.
