- Technical Activities -

Technical Committees (TC's) provide a core activity of the SMC society. Through partcipation in TC's, members with similar interests get to know each other, cooperate in organising sessions and/or special workshops, and join efforts towards publications. Participation in TC's is an excellent way to build up a network, get involved in society activities, and increase individual visibility among colleagues!
The TC structure has recently been updated. The society has now 16 active Committee's, see the list and contact information below.
Participation is open to all who would like to contribute and join efforts with colleagues, just contact the committee chair, coordinating chair or VP technical Activities.
In addition to strengthening existing committee work, the Society strongly encourages initiatives for new committees in any field belonging to the society's interest. For more information, contact me at thissen@tpm.tudelft.nl.

Wil Thissen, Vice-President Technical Activities.
